Annual Meeting of General Membership

MSO Voting Membership will hold its annual meeting in the NMU Thomas Fine Arts Building (1401 Presque Isle, Marquette), Room 111, June 30 2026, 5:00 PM, to vote on individuals nominated by the Board Development & Governance Committee to join the board, and trustees seeking re-election.

Voting Membership consists of annual donors, season ticket holders, and all regular musicians of the most recent concert season.

Application for proxy voting may be submitted, with written justification, to the Executive Committee for approval at least one week prior to the Annual Meeting.
